Gary:Hi Joanna! Currently Northeast Comcast customers cannot reach a number of sites (via http request) hosted at pair.com and many others due to an apparent return routing issue - what's the ETA for a fix?
Joanna:We appreciate that you have taken the time to alert us of the current issue. Our engineers are aware of the issue, and are already investigating. We do not have an estimated time of resolution, but we are confident that services will be restored shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
