| Re: Comcast connection to Pair Networks I believe this was a problem occurring between Comcast's AT&T center in Dallas and the data center "The Planet", also located in Dallas. This information is pieced together through conversations with Comcast and The Planet, neither of which were too forthcoming.
At least, from here in Washington state, the only sites I was having problems with were all located on servers housed at The Planet. A Comcast tech said the problem was in Dallas. When I mentioned The Planet, he said yes - it appeared to be between the two centers.
However, Pair and PHP.net are not housed there, and my times sync with everyone else's as far as when this began and when service was restored, so it is still a puzzle. |
