You are on the Roadrunner platform now. You won't find RR techs in this forum. Time Warner has notoriously been against any and all forms of help/communication from employees through the forum. Your best bet might be to troubleshoot your own equipment and then call in to tech support.
There are still a few of us that have access to the "Adelphia" network that frequent the forum. We can continue to help until the final areas have been migrated has been migrated. |
