Re: Don't worry, TWC There are close to 30 national hi def's right now (that includes movie channels) There are at least a dozen or more stations that will be starting HD programming this summer/fall (SciFI HD is supposed to launch around June), most of those channels are doing so because DirecTV has agreed to broadcast them where the cable companies wouldn't.
Personally I have no doubt there will be at least 75 HD channels by the end of the year (and probably a 100 if you included pay-per-view). The reason the channels don't exist right now is because none of cable companies or satellite had the capacity or the willingness to broadcast more. |

Do they not know the flux capacitor isn't real? But TWC is actually right. To claim to have 3 times the capacity is obviously ridiculous. |
