Installing the new version on Win 9x/ME machines seems to be next to impossible at the moment. Here's another example:

Unlike many other vendors, the guys behind BOClean still seem to care about people using older operating systems, so I do think and hope this will soon be fixed.

Oklahoma City, OK		 Yep; when I tried to install 4.23 on my Win98SE box today it complained about SHELL32.DLL not being present, plus another error about an unidentified device not working...
