Re: Stupid..... The problem is, that the providers lock the phone to you. So if you DO get a 'lemon' phone, the provider sold you that lemon, and you should be able to get out of the contract. I personally despise contracts, which is why I only use prepaid now. If the US would get off it's ass, and use SIM cards, like the rest of the world, the CONSUMER would have a LOT more choices, and would get a LOT better pricing.\ -- Stick it to the MAN.
