Re: When service quality plummets The reason of nextels diminishing service lies with boost prepaid service Its more popular then expected and its putting a strain on nextels towers. sprint/nextel are adding towers but the amount of new nexel boost users are growing faster. I know I am pissed too cause I have nextel. If you talk to sprint you could switch to sprint pcs from nextel without paying the 200 dollar early cancellation charge right now and get better service.
