razrs are pieces of crap they were the first thin phone and for the time they were cool looking etc. but there really delicate and don't get the best signal it even worse for non gsm carriers like verizon altel and sprint. Especially verizon which has a proprietary lg designed firmware on there razr not the Motorola firmware.
