Setup a state-wide franchise system but DON'T award it to Verizon, as long as there's some other company willing to wire the state. Waltham, MA | Oh please. Eastern Mass is one of Verizon's biggest cash cows. Its occasionally been the wealthiest metro area on the face of the earth, and still ranks in the top 10. Why would they lump it in with ME,VT and NH? |
