It's a failure because it can't meet demand! If this were a larger carrier like TWC they'd have no problem! {wait..}

Later they'll be a failure because they're not growing at breakneck speeds anymore.

Finally they'll be a failure just because AT&T says so..

I'll also add an obligatory, "I can't BELIEVE they're spending the poor taxpayers money on this project!?!?! OMFG!"

On a serious note, congrats to them.
