If a package needs to be marked fragile, it's not packed properly.
Exactly, the only way that package would have been damaged is if it wasn't packed properly in the first place. He shouldn't have tossed it like that, but the reality is it's probably be subjected to worse in the normal handling of the package. -- Revolution!!!... or some such nonsense.
