Last I checked they were replacing all copper, and what was the "upgrade to FIOS" stuff I saw there? I'd imagine as capacity demands decrease due to FIOS deployment that they would find ways to continue to profit off their investment. Also, I meant the "Boston area", so around 495 basically.
