| 3web dsl - started charging extra $$ for dry loop
I am having 3 web dsl for about 9 months now, in april they charged my credit card arond 60 $ , which was almost double then my regular bill , called them couple of time ( ya waited around an hour ) and come to know that they started charging for dry loop now as of Jan 2007 , so they billed me for 3 months together in april ,
no info on their site about dry loop charges , 3web was the only one offering it free dry loop , --- no more now'
i m in north york area (404/401 ) my speed is around 2.5 mg to 3.0 , not an issue with speed , but from now on i i will be paying around 40 $ for their crap ,
any alternate if we are paying this much
i have my owned dsl modem & i m VOIP user and i need to have internet working 24/7 |
