Um, my point was that the article stated that BTES had a deployment in Southwest VA. That would be incorrect, BVU is in that state and BTES is in Northeast TN. Neither entity can cross the state line to offer services in the neighboring state. It was basically a typo... I'm quite familiar with BVU's system, we pay them a bunch of money per month for co-location and bandwidth.
