In the Before screenshot, the vendor of the dslam is Alcatel, while on the After screenshot its Globespan. Your attenuation also plummeted from 42dB to just 6dB, all indications that you were placed on a remote.

It should be you that opened ticket for me and solved my phone line problem that it had annoyed me for a long time. I think we have talked a lot through email. Nice to see you here.
As you mentioned in your last email today, "You're online at the moment, but what I'm looking at shows you're out of service, which means we're not seeing the right stats. "
As Mr. HiVolt said, Is it possible that Bell switched my line to a remote and caused this problem?

| that's dead on...if bell swapped your line to be served from else where then they need to map it correctly. Opening a ticket for slow speeds and to update nar profile would definetly resolve both issues at the same time.
