The local techs knew what they were doing but trying to get the puzzle palace, aka Verizon Central, to understand what was going on was a nightmare. At one time, I had three trucks and a supervisor in my driveway at 7:00 p on Friday evening. He was none to pleased with the way things were/weren't progressing. Once they id'd the right version ONT things lit right up!

Somebody got their knickers knotted latter that evening!
