Brick, NJ | Interesting, but... It should be noted that the "Party Animals" reference appears to be referring to his experience with _DSL Tech Support_, not FiOS. From my experience with both FiOS and DSL, it _appears_ that Verizon is putting a greater effort on QA with respect to FiOS.
