As Mr. HiVolt said, Is it possible that Bell switched my line to a remote and caused this problem?

| that's dead on...if bell swapped your line to be served from else where then they need to map it correctly. Opening a ticket for slow speeds and to update nar profile would definetly resolve both issues at the same time. If you PM your details I can ensure to follow up on this in the am since. |
