[TSC] CPU Usage

So I installed TSC to give it a whirl, and the client is running, but I'm noticing odd CPU usage on my dualcore machine. There seem to be two processes that use 50% cpu each, meaning 1 core each, maxing out the system. I was under the impression that SMP is not supported in the current version of TSC. It's also using a significant amount of memory.

Is this how it's supposed to run, or do I have a problem? I am only running a single install of the client, with no previous version ever being on this machine.

And after installing a second copy in another directory, its running on two cores beautifully now. Lets hope it stays that way.

Hey Martin, Thanks for the switch over.

As of late TSC has run really well. I think the biggest issue I had with TSC is how RAM hungry it is compared with what UD had. Still once this last unit finishes I'm going full blast on the TSC project. After all, can't have the CPU sitting around doing nothing but sitting idly

Yeah I've noticed the memory usage... I wonder how it'll affect some of the dualies & quads I wanna try it on at work...

Will I have to install it four times on a quad processor box?

I installed it twice on my dualie, so it would seem to follow - one installation, each to a different folder, per processor.

I installed it on my dual woodcrest last night. I have 4 separate directories and have it set up to automatically start all 4 with no problems.

This is how I set mine up:
