I waste anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours a week trying to get my internet service to work (which I might add is a whopping $50 per month) They have no problem increasing rates at will.

By the way, I was looking for an alternative ISP when I found this site. Government rules and regulations give these companies a monopoly with non-compete laws. In my
