| Rather unfair...
..that you ding'd Tech Support. When I got ATT's Basic service last October('06), I had a problem with the install CD. Called Tech.Support(via cell phone) and dealt with a guy named Lamar, who was based in Los Angeles. He got me up and runn'in in 15 minutes. Other reviews aren't YOUR review. Now, I have Pro-switched to that service on 12/21 via phone call to Customer Service. On the morning of 12/23, I was ramped up to my current 2.6/435 speed. All in all, ATT's customer support ranks 100% with me. And I haven't used the online forum here-but from what I've read, those folks there help as best as they can, and they do it for free. Kudos to you guys!!!  |
