This won't deter the crackpots. They fear the radiation from the Access Points used by others will harm their little children, who of course follow mommy and daddy's restrictions and NEVER talk on a cellphone, NEVER use a computer, NEVER eat junk food, and NEVER have fun....
Remember, when you're a crackpot, it's very important not just to do irrational things yourself, but to force others to do the same irrational things you do--so you don't feel so irrational.
