Their RFP is nutz. They want a 10 day Proposal, have the downtown up by August 18th this year, and the whole city by May 2008. They are insane.
Apparently they do not realize how much time goes into engineering a mesh system, getting licenses, obtaining building owner permissions for backhauls and backhauls POP's, or even testing.
I have a feeling this will never get off of the ground
