On Express. The test I took just before power cycling was 4800/384. Why don't they inform us of this stuff?
--
»www.mnftiu.cc/mnftiu.cc/war.html

[ Express] Speed Increases?

verve : I mentioned in a previous post I was thinking about upgrading to Express. Well, I did, and I've been noticing the speed seems to be higher than advertised; not that I'm complaining, mind you.

So I gave tech support a call, he checked my billing and modem profiles: they're both set to Express, but apparently the modem's been provisioned for 7Mbps and the upload has increased, too (I've been getting ~460kbps).

He said he'd been getting calls all morning about it. Anyone else notice this? Is this becoming official?
--
