Well things are back to normal except for speeds which really aren't that bad.

May 01, 2007 3:06 AM Albany, New York Download 3834.96 Kbps
May 01, 2007 3:06 AM Albany, New York Upload 362.056 Kbps

I was at 4600Kbps down and 450Kbps up. At least I have my mail, messenger and secure sites back.

I called TW on the phone, and they said they have absolutely no ETA on when this is going to be resolved. Could be tomorrow, could be a week.

All I know is that this is pretty damn ridiculous. If FIOS was available in the area, I would've already switched.

with no data or stats - setup, etc, no one here can help you.

Trace, etc would help!

or you can rant over in Rants and Praises

It's a big joke right now. I'm getting like 240/20 right now, everything is loading slow as crap. speedtest.net tells me my closest server is in nebraska, when it's normally toronto or somewhere near WNY.

I could understand having to deal with this for a few hours, but this has been going on two days now.

Things I guess are really bad. I can't use MSN messenger or get my Hotmail. A lot of secure sites are not accessible at this time. I talked to a service rep who said the transition was only to take a few hours. The software they are using is faulty according to him and is causing all the problems. We just have to wait it out. I tried to post here all day with no luck. It would not let me spell check or post using TW. I'm now on dial up and the spell check worked so I'm assuming this post will go through.

I wish I could get on let alone run a speed test.

Adelphia/TWC in WNY are hacks when it comes to supporting and/or updating their networks!!!
