 CSU join:2002-10-21 Lagrange, GA | Nothing New About This.... I've been complaining for years about such bad service. Now that Charter has outsourced customer service it has gotten even worse. The outsourcing didn't cause the problem, but just intensified the already horrible service being offered by Charter. All the inner workings of Charter I don't care about as long as my service works or when I call to schedule a technician, have him/her actually show up. |
