I called TW on the phone, and they said they have absolutely no ETA on when this is going to be resolved. Could be tomorrow, could be a week.

All I know is that this is pretty damn ridiculous. If FIOS was available in the area, I would've already switched.

Well things are back to normal except for speeds which really aren't that bad.

I was at 4600Kbps down and 450Kbps up. At least I have my mail, messenger and secure sites back.

here is the deal everyone if u had premier service some of the boot files are giving basic service.

u have to call to fix it

other than that if your tracing from rr to adelphia
don't.
those networks don't talk to each other any more.

the ip issue is being worked on.
