Re: Help: Does anyone not get sounds on channel ... I've got the same problem. Called verizon and they sent a tech out because there wasn't a known problem with the channel in their system. The tech just left after 4 hours of troubleshooting and he ended up finding out that there IS a problem with that channel and verizon is working on it.
