yep, that upload should be good for a lot of things.. y cant they just squeeze a little more for download to compete with cable?

I believe that they eventually will offer faster speeds. The current profile offers 26mb down but is divided into TV & Data. The max is close to 80mb per sec so I can see AT&T offering faster speeds in the future. Also distance will play a part depending how far you are from the VRAD, you will only be able to qualify for certain tiers.
