Re: Good upload. Yep, upload is good. When I went with Uverse a few weeks ago, I downgraded from POTS Elite DSL 6mb to Uverse 3mb. 3mb/1mb is a good balance for me and the 6mb is not worth the extra 15 bones/month.
The free modem/wireless router rental is nice. Didn't have to pay for it and then wait for a rebate or rent one from Comcastic. I just turned my old router into a switch.
Getting to program which shows to record remotely is nice. An HD Tivo cost $400-500 and Dish wanted $300+ for their HD PVR when I was looking a year ago. Looks like its cheaper now. |
