robertflPremium join:2005-10-10 Mary Esther, FL | This is why parents need to watch tv WITH their kids. I can tell you what happened.
Someone at the headend pulled a joke or screwed up.
People are too "worried" about the damnest things today and need to be worried about other more important things like the state of our country or are we too IDOL ized to even care anymore?
It amazes me how such small things can get the media's attention.
People wake up, please.

I should correct myself and say this is how I think it went down

3 edits | reply to celeritypc It's the world we live in. A guy, thinking he would either have some fun or venting a gripe against his employer (former employer?) decides to sabotage the company with this prank. A woman, smelling blood, makes sure she tapes it. Her quick thinking and nimble programming of her DVR would allow her to have the evidence she needs for her lawsuit. Of course, she decides to contact the local news station (now, why would she do that??). I can see Jimmy Chiles (the Seinfeld lawyer) shopping (for a sympathetic jury) this one down in Mississippi (home of the multi-million dollar legal awards). In the old days, the mother changed the channel. These days her only concern is for 'jackpot justice'. I imagine her children, while not legally being forced to testify in court, would, at least, have to discuss this over and over with lawyers and psychologists. What is her motivation? To protect her children? If that were the case, she would have turned off the TV and taken the kids to the park. I imagine she will go for a quick settlement and avoid the publicity of a trial (and then have lunch with the lady who spilled coffee in her lap and sued as well as the DC judge suing a dry cleaner for $65 Million...for misplacing his pants) |

| reply to maxpower said by maxpower:At least she was kind enough to DVR it for her husband. I saw that too and got a kick out of it. The original draft of the article read:
"Sherman said she immediately recorded the X-rated graphic video on her DVR. She then e-mailed wcbstv.com to report the shocking news.
'Basically because I said my husband is not going to believe this,' she said. 'I was in shock, I pressed record and shut the television off. My husband ended up watching it 8 times that night, and twice in the morning.' -- Go Colts |

Her son will be telling her to F off in a few years. I agree with you, but when I read this I just had to pass it along. There are some people out there that need mental evaluations and this is one of them: »worldnetdaily.com/news/article.a···ID=55713 -- -- Internet News My BLOG My Web Page |

| I really dislike Disney, but this person is sick in the head:
quote: ...the May 1 "accident" was actually a test run by Comcast, Disney or both to induce small children into pornography addiction.

Well, I knew I would be losing some stations, but gaining other when I switched providers. |
