Re: Will Fios come to south irving?

Do you live in an area with phone service from Verizon or AT&T?
FIOS is a service from Verizon (formerly GTE), and I don't think state and local regulations allow them to place lines in current AT&T (formerly SBC, formerly SWB areas).

Re: Will Fios come to south irving?

All of Irving, as far as I'm aware, is serviced by Verizon. However, the last I checked for my area (N Irving), FIOS was still not available. Although, I haven't checked since sometime last year.

What part of South Irving?
We have had FiOS since early Novenber in the area around Nimitz HS and Fritz Park.
I think there is a part of Irving North of 114 that is SWB/SBC/ATT.

114 is part of the N/S dividing line between VZ and ATT territories. The CO servicing the northern part of Irving is located on the northeast corner of Royal and O'Connor.
