Damn, that was a long read, and a lotta questions! Nothing surprising though, but interesting to see people's opinions. The RIAA also baffles me because they've never addressed the fact that the video game industry is probably a bigger threat to their business than are downloaders. Also, their cat-and-mouse game with downloaders will soon be passé once everyone starts using encrypted file-sharing apps. Check out Gigatribe for example: »www.gigatribe.com
