| Once I get my little wiring project done in my house, it will make it much easier to swith providers.
The main problem is that they can call me because I have a relationship with them and even if I were to cancel, they can still call for up to 18 months after. |

I've had to write a couple of letters (they seem to do the most good)... |

| reply to moonpuppy You can opt out of their marketing calls. Each time they call tell them to put you on their do not call list. Then, on the third call after that file a complaint with the FTC/FCC site. That generally gets their attention. -- Toolmaster of La Grange. |

| reply to moonpuppy call comcast and ask them to mark your account non-solicitation if comcast is calling it will stop it does take a couple weeks at the most so they contact the telemarketers to remove you from callback list. had it done to mine, have them make it no contact at all and you will stop getting the mailers as well. |

The DNC law has a provision where you can ask a business that you have a relationship with to only call you for non marketing purposes. That is one thing I always specify when opening an account with any business. |
