Re: ActionTec Router & Linksys WRT54G? I find myself saying the same thing about the Actiontec. The web interface is rubbish ("WARNING: LOOKING AT THIS PAGE MAY AFFECT PERFORMANCE, PROCEED?"), tiny NAT table (affects P2P performance), lack of WPA2, etc. I thought that the free VDI-604 units (before the Actiontecs became standard equipment) were superior to this huge steaming pile of poop.
To each their own, I suppose. My little WRT54Gv2's been good to me for over two (three?) years now, from stock firmware to HyperWRT to DD-WRT to Tomato.
