Its Premium

I think its based in the US.
How many times have you told some tech support agents can i get a direct extension number for you? And the answer is no. What it looks like is Verizon is in the process of filtering out those kind of techs that the customer wants to talk to and offer premium and usaully they are the one wiling to out of thier reach to help out with anything and everyting.
