Re: Of course, not for existing customers.

Umm, existing customers can take advantage of the triple play $99/mo pricing. Just call in, hit the buttons to cancel your service, and then tell the CSR that you're calling to see how long you need to tell them before you cancel your service because you're switching to Verizon. If they're REALLY dense, ask them if there are any retention promotions going on.

Rinse and repeat 1 mo after the "promotional" pricing runs out. Been doing this for years..

Me too.

But, I haven't used an ISP email for years. I don't want to be tied down like that in the event that CC finally tells me to take a hike.

I've used yahoo email for the last 11 years. Using POP3 I d/l my yahoo, google, comcast, and family email all to outlook, so I guess I use the ISP email, although I never send or receive anything on it.

I need a custom email so it's professional looking. I've been using for personal purposes yahoo for many years and gmail since that's been around. But, I hate giving gmail addresses out for business. I do it, but I don't like it.

Yeah, other than POP downloading of email, I haven't used my ISP mail in years.
