You know, yeah comcast takes 1.7 million telephone lines from all telcos combined, I imagine since they are claiming to offer telephone service they must be required to offer (ULS) Universal Lifeline which costs $5 a month, meanwhile FIOS, U-Verse takes Video Customer away from cable with monthly cost of $60 - $150, not hard to see who is going to make out here
