Coppell, TX | Sheesh It's a joke right? So last month they got me by making an adjustment to billing periods and getting more than a month's worth of fees from me and now this. What next, are they going to lobby for fees when I don't watch certain channels on FIOS TV? I don't personally have a big issue with VZ but a few things lately have ticked me off.

VZ can make the "FIOS Fund Fee" (catchy isnt it?), to support costs and regulatory fees and expenses related to FIOS deployment, and the funds may or may not ever be targeted to your area!!!!!! So your now subsidizing FIOS in Beltway Baronial-Vile. |
