I have no outages on Vonage. It's a great service and saves me a lot of money.
I imagine this verizon fee is to help offset their legal bills as they try to sue vonage out of existence.

I did, and TONS of billing errors. Then when I dared cancel I was cussed out by their retarded whore retention agents.
As bad as Verizon is, Vonage is 10X worst. They truly are the "intenet phone company". |
