another fee?

First I just noticed they started charging me a $2 "statement fee". Now this? They keep it up and I'll drop them, even with the employee discount.

I used to work for a Verizon Wireless call center. They charged new customers a fee of $1.99 for detailed billing. Their excuse was you could see the charges online. Looks like Verizon is now charging the fee.

really a statement fee? That is a rather silly way to get people to switch to online billing...

I remember for the longest time Comcast would give you a $5 discount for switching to online bills...
