I used to work for a Verizon Wireless call center. They charged new customers a fee of $1.99 for detailed billing. Their excuse was you could see the charges online. Looks like Verizon is now charging the fee. |

I remember for the longest time Comcast would give you a $5 discount for switching to online bills...
