| Sorry to ruin your Friday rant! I remember a similar charge from my previous long distance carrier. I immediately switched to one that has no such minimum charge. Consumer Reports may have some info on reliable long distance carriers that you can pick from to avoid this $2.00 charge.

i switched to a 3rd party long distance company with no fees and low (or no) crazy ass taxes. low inter and intra LD, if you can believe it. pm if you want the link. |
