So if tech were allowed to post, then perhaps they could choose who to respond to and help depending upon the OP location. If many techs were able to respond, then it should help cover most of the area.
To me, it just seems more logical to let techs post help online as well as in their call centers. Many calls can be eliminated by this. Just think of how many people wher helped here in the Adelphia forum. Who came for help rather then calling. I realize the amount of posters here are less then a few % of what would be calling, but still. That little bit helps. But again. This is only my opinion, not a rant. -- "Save The Cheerleader.
