Re: I think our forum is dying. Back in the old days Ameritech Techs were prohibited(in fact if you even mentioned DSLR while on a call it was like you just asked to have sex with their Mom) from helping here(some still did on the sly) now there is a Direct Forum. I don't understand why official Techs should be prohibited from helping here saving a support call when MOST problems are in fact on the users end and some of those that are on the providers end could be fixed straight away without a support call - "I can take a look when I go in and see what's up", "You need to change your EMail settings - the servers have changed", etc..
