3 yrs now and nothing

Hey everyone,
My problem is that this project is going on 3yrs old and there is nothing to show. Maybe they city should give the franchise to another company. It tech idea is good, but the wireless ipv6 network and the reports are just fluff. The city needs to reissue this thing. Just do a google search for all the news stories about this thing over the last few years. The whole project was going to be done last summer, then december of last year. Hype.
