| New User created
I created a new user by going through the add user routine. It told me it was successful. However the new user does not appear in the user log. I went to Hotmail and was able to sign in as the new user. The new user did not show in MSN messenger but I was able to add it there even though it should have been added automatically. When I open messenger to check mail the new user goes to the Hotmail sign-in page while the other users will open the MSN page. Anyone have any idea what is wrong? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance. |

join:2005-09-18 | At the MSN browser screen, try a ctrl, shift, f11. After you go through that, the new user should show up. |

I did receive a reply from support and they said they needed more information. They didn't say what info they needed. However, when I opened MSN this morning the new user was there, which was two days after I created it. I don't know if my contacting them had anything to do with it. |

Buffalo, NY | Just a note. As the primary user I was not able to delete a user or change a user's status. I contacted MSN again and was told my account settings were corrupted. I was given directions for using Ctrl+Shift+F11. which did correct the problem. |
