New User created

tjack : I created a new user by going through the add user routine. It told me it was successful. However the new user does not appear in the user log. I went to Hotmail and was able to sign in as the new user. The new user did not show in MSN messenger but I was able to add it there even though it should have been added automatically. When I open messenger to check mail the new user goes to the Hotmail sign-in page while the other users will open the MSN page. Anyone have any idea what is wrong? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
