reply to tjack I did receive a reply from support and they said they needed more information. They didn't say what info they needed. However, when I opened MSN this morning the new user was there, which was two days after I created it. I don't know if my contacting them had anything to do with it.
Just a note. As the primary user I was not able to delete a user or change a user's status. I contacted MSN again and was told my account settings were corrupted. I was given directions for using Ctrl+Shift+F11. which did correct the problem.
