Wholesale VOIP is typically cheaper then SS7 termination but its also crappier and finding a provider worth a damned is tough. Rate plans are the key here though, how they are accessed is not. Only difference comes into play for the mandating payphone fee so payphone operators still get some money from the call, fee came into being because payphones are charged for every call.. even TFN's. -- RIP Dimebag- August 20, 1966 to December 8th, 2004. | |
