| Thats not true here with optimum online as long as you have atleast the 5120 or that webstar modem you can get 30/2 speeds wich are docsis 2.0 these modems are what cablevision has been giving out for atleast the past year or too to everybody. |

We are talking about Comcast's network though. Comcast has said they aren't deploying 2.0 at all and I do know the modems are backwards compatible.

Comcast HSI rates have not changed in years and there is no reason to think that will change now.
